Warranty & Liability / ওয়ারেন্টি ও দায়বদ্ধতা
Once a subscription is activated on the customer’s email address, MX2D will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or cancellation caused by unauthorized access, hacking, or misuse of that email account.
যখন কোনো সাবস্ক্রিপশন গ্রাহকের ইমেইলে অ্যাক্টিভ করা হয়, তখন ঐ ইমেইল একাউন্টে অননুমোদিত প্রবেশ, হ্যাকিং বা অপব্যবহারের কারণে সৃষ্ট কোনো ক্ষতি, নষ্ট হওয়া বা বাতিলের জন্য MX2D দায়ী থাকবে না।
If the customer fails to comply with the official usage policies, rules, or terms of the respective software provider, MX2D will not provide any warranty, replacement, or compensation.
যদি গ্রাহক সংশ্লিষ্ট সফটওয়্যার কোম্পানির ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী, নিয়ম বা নীতি মেনে না চলেন, তাহলে MX2D কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা ক্ষতিপূরণ প্রদান করবে না।
In cases where the subscription is terminated, suspended, or revoked by the official software company due to violations, misuse, or breach of their terms, MX2D will not be liable for restoring or replacing the subscription.
যদি কোনো সাবস্ক্রিপশন মূল সফটওয়্যার কোম্পানি তাদের নিয়ম লঙ্ঘনের কারণে বাতিল, স্থগিত বা প্রত্যাহার করে, তাহলে MX2D ঐ সাবস্ক্রিপশন পুনরায় চালু করা বা প্রতিস্থাপন করার জন্য দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।
MX2D is not responsible for issues arising from customer-side violations, negligence, or failure to follow proper usage guidelines.
গ্রাহকের পক্ষ থেকে কোনো অবহেলা, নিয়ম লঙ্ঘন বা ব্যবহার নির্দেশিকা অনুসরণ না করার কারণে সৃষ্ট সমস্যার জন্য MX2D দায়ী নয়।

Customers are strongly advised to:

- Secure their email accounts with strong passwords and proper security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
অননুমোদিত প্রবেশ রোধে শক্তিশালী পাসওয়ার্ড ও উপযুক্ত সুরক্ষা ব্যবস্থার মাধ্যমে তাদের ইমেইল একাউন্ট সুরক্ষিত রাখতে হবে। - Read and fully understand the official Terms & Conditions and Usage Policies of the respective software providers before and during use.
ব্যবহার শুরু করার আগে এবং চলাকালীন সংশ্লিষ্ট সফটওয়্যার কোম্পানির অফিশিয়াল শর্তাবলী ও ব্যবহার নীতি ভালোভাবে পড়ে ও বুঝে নিতে হবে। - Follow all rules and regulations of the software vendors to ensure uninterrupted service.
নিরবচ্ছিন্ন সেবা নিশ্চিত করতে সফটওয়্যার বিক্রেতার সব নিয়ম ও বিধান মেনে চলতে হবে।
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in cancellation or suspension of the subscription by the software company, for which MX2D will bear no liability.
এই শর্তগুলো অনুসরণ না করলে সফটওয়্যার কোম্পানি কর্তৃক সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল বা স্থগিত হতে পারে, যার জন্য MX2D কোনো দায় বহন করবে না।
