Welcome to MX2D. By accessing and using our website, purchasing software subscriptions, or interacting with our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

MX2D is an independent reseller of digital software subscriptions and licenses.
We do not develop, own, or claim ownership of any software products mentioned on this website.
All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
MX2D একটি স্বাধীন ডিজিটাল সফটওয়্যার সাবস্ক্রিপশন ও লাইসেন্স রিসেলার।
আমরা এই ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লিখিত কোনো সফটওয়্যার তৈরি করি না বা মালিকানা দাবি করি না।
সব প্রোডাক্ট নাম, লোগো ও ট্রেডমার্ক তাদের নিজ নিজ মালিকের সম্পত্তি।
2. Use of Services / সেবা ব্যবহারের নিয়মাবলী
Customers must use purchased software strictly in accordance with the official Terms & Conditions, usage rules, and license agreements of the respective software provider.
Unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, or use of the software for illegal or prohibited activities is strictly forbidden.
Any violation of these rules may result in termination of your subscription without notice or refund.
গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই সংশ্লিষ্ট সফটওয়্যার কোম্পানির অফিসিয়াল শর্তাবলী, ব্যবহার নীতি ও লাইসেন্স চুক্তি অনুযায়ী সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
অননুমোদিতভাবে শেয়ার, পুনরায় বিক্রি, বিতরণ বা অবৈধ কাজে ব্যবহার করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
এই নিয়ম লঙ্ঘনের ফলে সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল হতে পারে এবং কোনো রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না।
3. Subscription Activation & Delivery / সাবস্ক্রিপশন অ্যাক্টিভেশন ও ডেলিভারি
All subscriptions and licenses are delivered via email after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on product type and verification requirements.
Once activated on your email or device, the subscription is considered used and non-refundable.
সফল পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর সাবস্ক্রিপশন ও লাইসেন্স ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হবে।
প্রোডাক্টের ধরন বা যাচাই প্রক্রিয়ার কারণে ডেলিভারির সময় কিছুটা ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
একবার সাবস্ক্রিপশন ইমেইলে বা ডিভাইসে অ্যাক্টিভ হয়ে গেলে, সেটি ব্যবহৃত বলে গণ্য হবে এবং রিফান্ডের আওতাভুক্ত থাকবে না।
4. Refunds & Replacements / রিফান্ড ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতি
Refunds are not applicable once a subscription or license is activated.
Replacements may be issued only if the delivered license key is invalid or non-functional, and the issue is reported within 48 hours of purchase.
All refund and replacement cases are governed by our official Refunds & Replacement Policy.
একবার সাবস্ক্রিপশন অ্যাক্টিভ হয়ে গেলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
যদি প্রদত্ত লাইসেন্স কী অকার্যকর হয় এবং সমস্যা ক্রয়ের ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিপোর্ট করা হয়, তাহলে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রদান করা যেতে পারে।
সব রিফান্ড ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বিষয় আমাদের Refunds & Replacement Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
5. Warranty Disclaimer / ওয়ারেন্টি সম্পর্কিত ঘোষণা
MX2D does not provide any warranty for:
- Hacked or compromised customer email accounts.
- Violation of software provider’s terms.
- Termination by the official vendor due to user-side misuse.
- Incompatibility issues with user’s devices or systems.
MX2D নিচের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করে না —
- হ্যাকড বা কম্প্রোমাইজড গ্রাহক ইমেইল অ্যাকাউন্ট।
- সফটওয়্যার কোম্পানির শর্ত লঙ্ঘন।
- ব্যবহারকারীর অপব্যবহারের কারণে বিক্রেতা কর্তৃক সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল।
- ডিভাইস বা সিস্টেমের সঙ্গে সফটওয়্যার অসামঞ্জস্যতা।
6. Limitation of Liability / দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
MX2D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
We are not responsible for data loss, account suspension, or performance issues arising from misuse.
MX2D কোনো সরাসরি, পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা পরিণতিজনিত ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না যা আমাদের পণ্য বা সেবা ব্যবহারের কারণে ঘটে।
ডেটা হারানো, অ্যাকাউন্ট সাসপেনশন বা অপব্যবহারজনিত কোনো সমস্যার জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।
7. Privacy & Data Protection / গোপনীয়তা ও তথ্য সুরক্ষা

8. User Account Responsibility / ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
Customers must keep their login credentials secure at all times.
MX2D will not be responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access, sharing passwords, or negligence.
Any illegal or fraudulent activity detected from a customer account will lead to immediate suspension without refund.
গ্রাহকদের তাদের লগইন তথ্য সর্বদা সুরক্ষিত রাখতে হবে।
পাসওয়ার্ড শেয়ার, অননুমোদিত প্রবেশ বা অবহেলার কারণে কোনো ক্ষতির দায় MX2D বহন করবে না।
গ্রাহক অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে কোনো বেআইনি কার্যকলাপ ধরা পড়লে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করা হবে এবং কোনো রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না।
9. Prohibited Activities / নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপ
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass or modify security systems.
- Resell or share license keys without authorization.
- Use our services for hacking, spamming, or distributing malware.
- Post false reviews or impersonate MX2D representatives.
আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে, আপনি নিম্নলিখিত কাজগুলো করবেন না —
- সিকিউরিটি সিস্টেম পাশ কাটানোর বা পরিবর্তনের চেষ্টা করা।
- অনুমতি ছাড়া লাইসেন্স কী পুনরায় বিক্রি বা শেয়ার করা।
- হ্যাকিং, স্প্যামিং বা ম্যালওয়্যার বিতরণের জন্য আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করা।
- ভুয়া রিভিউ দেওয়া বা MX2D-এর প্রতিনিধির ছদ্মবেশ ধারণ করা।
10. Intellectual Property / মেধাস্বত্ব সংরক্ষণ
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product information, is protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে ব্যবহৃত সমস্ত কনটেন্ট — যেমন টেক্সট, গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো, ছবি ও প্রোডাক্ট তথ্য — কপিরাইট আইনের আওতায় সুরক্ষিত।

MX2D যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

12. Governing Law / প্রযোজ্য আইন
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by international e-commerce and digital goods laws.
In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters through mutual discussion before legal action.
এই শর্তাবলী আন্তর্জাতিক ই-কমার্স ও ডিজিটাল পণ্যবিষয়ক আইনের আওতায় পরিচালিত হবে।
কোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে, উভয় পক্ষ আইনগত পদক্ষেপের আগে পারস্পরিক আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করবে।
13. Termination of Service / সেবা বন্ধের অধিকার
MX2D reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior is detected.
We may also restrict access to our website for maintenance or policy enforcement.
MX2D কোনো বেআইনি, প্রতারণামূলক বা অপব্যবহারমূলক কার্যকলাপ সনাক্ত হলে, পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করতে পারে।
